Steps for usage:
Step 1: Make trays full of yourself. Heat the tray to the mouth under 80 hot water and heat about 10 seconds. Put the tray to the mouth over the teeth, use the fingers try gently until you mold your teeth, set the trays firmly against the teeth.
Step 2: Compare the teeth used teeth guide shades.
Step 3: Apply a thin layer of whitening gel to both mouth trays and spread evenly (0.25 to 0.4 ml for each tray plus is just wasted).
